This seems logical that if you install an upgrade from one version to another, you might have to re-install the Eloquence patch. We don't know exactly which files are changed in an upgrade, so installing the patch after an upgrade seems prudent. I am sure that in future versions of Window-Eyes, the new patch files will already be incorporated into newer upgrades. Jeff Weiss
