I'd certainly upgrade. There's many bug fixes, new features, and other stuff
in 7.11 vs. 7.0. Plus, many scripts require it. Not to mention that if you
ever need support, the first thing people will tell you to do is upgrade if
you don't do it now. You can install 7.11 over version 7.0.
