      I just upgraded to we 7.11.  When I was using we 6.1, I could tab through 
the buttons in windows sound recorder and we would tell me what each button is. 
 Now in we 7.11, this is no longer the case.  Does anyone have a set file that 
will correct this?
      I'm using windows xp with all updates.
