If you have a problem it probably doesn't come from the GWMicro end because
there situations when card processors decline cards with no real obvious
reason. I have recently had a problem because I changed banks. It involved
another company. It took six months to solve the problem. Don't worry as I
know that GWMicro will work with you.

I never had gwmicro charge my card every month, but assooming you do have
it
set this way, you could just called and have them change it all over the
phone and you should be fine.

I have a present concern that I am having.
1. I just started out with the short-term Window-Eyes payment plan.
2. I do, value GW Micro, and enjoy the software, and am quite committed.3.
However, one of the situations that I'll soon (but not yet) dealing
with, is that I'll be relocating, and having to get a new bank card,
etc.
3. I am concerned that this will effect the payment plan schedule, and
therefore must ask this very general question to practically all of
you GW Micro customers, and wonder what the answer is?
4. Question is this. Would I cause a serious problem to just have GW
Micro change the card on file for the automatic withdrawl of payments,
etc, if I were to make a telephone call, or would I need to sttart the
payment schedule over? I already have Window-Eyes payment plan
isntalled.
If starting the schedule over again was required for some reason,
would this make GW Micro think I was a horrible person not worth doing
business with?
5. Would this mean I would need to pay another $60 or so for yet
another Window-Eyes CD?

issues.
