Just to add to this a bit, Webvisum for firefox can be found at

http://webvisum.com

You'll need an account for it,  which requires an invite code.
If you can't find anyone to send you an invite, getting an account through Solona.net and using the Qwitter application for twitter and other services may be your best bet.
