Yep, click on a blank area of the system tray and go to properties.  In
the resulting dialog box, you will see something like customize the way
icons appear on the task  bar -- in this dialog, its something like
always show all ions or something lik that -- check this and OK out
twice and you should be good to go.  Sorry I am not near the box now, so
the names may b wrong.
