Hello list, I need some help with set files and their associations and class
names.

I am trying to label some fields in an employee set up window that are not
labeled.
Not every employee has all the boxes used in their employee file.
I have labeled most of the common fields and then saved the set file as CE
employee set up in the save set file dialog.
I then went and opened another employee who has more fields that are not
labeled and noticed that some of my labels didn't seam to be saved, how ever
some had been saved.
That got me to looking at what the difference was. The first employee I had
opened had all the field labels that I had originally made but the second one
didn't have all of them.
I then looked at the set file name loaded with these two different employees.
the first one had the set file I named but the second one that I was labeling
in was we.000 associated none.

I started the search in the manual for set file naming conventions because I
could not open the CE Employee set up file I had created. That file is not
listed in the list of set files any ware. I have no idea where it is stored. I
can go back to the first employee I labeled and saved and the set file is
loaded and associated.
I thought that was odd but kept reading.
I found the section 7.5 and think this might just be the thing I am looking for.
I looked at the "Window information" on both the two different employees and
there is a difference between them.

The executable name and module name are exactly the same for both employees. it
is MMR.
The window name is different on both and in fact all of the employees.
The window name starts with the word "employee" and has their employee code as
the second part.
Example
1. window name Employee DWYE001
2. window name Employee HARR001

the next field in the window information is the Class Name.
Both of the employees' information have the same class name

Here is the crux of my issue what does it mean to associate with class?
I pressed that button and then now when I go into an employee the CE Employee
set up set file is showing with no association.
Is that what I should have done?
If I continue to label the different fields in the different employees will the
labels stick to all the employees that have these fields in their records?
Is the field labels saved with the set file not the associated file?
Why can't I find the CE Employee set up set file listed in the open set file
dialog box?

Thanks to any one who can follow what I said and tell me if I did this right.
