Hi. There's also the option of setting up the voices like this. This is 
assuming that you're using a SAPI synthesizer with multiple languages or the 
built in Eloquence.
1. Set the rate you want your screen, keyboard, and mouse to be at.
2. Go into the file menu and press Y for select synthesizer.
3. In there, you'll get these 2 checkboxes: use specified speech parameters and 
use engine specific speech parameters. Check those 2.
3. Tab to the set speech parameters to current button and press space bar.
4. Tab to the ok button and press enter.
Note, you will need to do this for every language you want to use. Hope that 
helps.
