Hi, all.

I have several Outlook related questions and was wondering if I could get
proper steps?

This problem I'm having isn't Window-Eyes specific, but figured I'd bunch
multiple questions at once into this email.

1. When I hit Alt-F4 in Windows Seven on Microsoft Outlooks main window
with the inbox, it closes, however continues to run in the background.
Usually the two related processes that I have to kill forcefully are
Winword.exe and Outlook.exe.
2. Do you folks have any idea how I might be able to get it to exit
itself completely without needing to track down those processes all the
time?
3. Word appears to be the default for opening a new message. I can
choose an HTML formatted message from the "New using" menu, witch uses a
different editor than Word, but don't know how to make plain text/etc
default.
4. Does anyone know if there is a way to not have word associated as
default editor in Outlook when composing new emails? I have attempted to get
Word to not be used through the programs tab of Internet Options, but only
see Word for email.
5. A more recent issue follows.
6. Problem with the latest release of Window-Eyes is that when I use
the system tray, lately it lands on the last active Window and right
clicking fails entirely.
7. Another entirely strange problem is that I own a JAWS license. I
have both JFW (yes I know it's a competitor and am not trying to start a
fight, I am only explaining). But what it tends to do, is if I have JFW 11
start up automatically rather than Window-Eyes, JAWS reads information and
works properly as expected. However, if Window-Eyes does it first, as a
service at the login screen and all, then it fails to work properly. Could
there be a conflict in these two programs, despite the fact that the
manufacturer of JAWS claims to be DCM/Mirror-driver compatible? I am not an
exbirt on these issues, and wonder if anyone has any feedback for me that
might help me to figure out why these things happen? Thanks so much!
Regards, --Keith
