Hi Marilyn,

I've only used the free account, and while it's been fine, they only keep
your files for 3 days or so. Is it longer with a paid account?

thanks.

I use SendSpace for file sharing. You can do a fair amount with a free
account at least as far as sharing, but you can do a lot more on a paid
account. I paid for a whole year at $55, so it calculates to less than $5
per month. I'm not sure what the storage capacity is on a paid account. I
use the SendSpace Wizard which makes both uploading and downloading easier.
It can work independently of your browser, that is to say I can be
downloading a queue of files while browsing other sites in IE. If your
uploads or downloads get interrupted, the Wizard picks up where you left off
when restarting. The Wizard uses keyboard commands, such as Alt-D to enter
a file link URL and Alt-T to look at the file Transfer queue. Their website
is quite simple as well.
