Lotus Notes users.
I just upgraded to WE 7.11 from version 6.1 on Monday and have a
small issue in my Notes inbox. I did not change any settings in Notes,
but this problem did not exist on Monday morning when I used WE 6.1. I
can arrow up and down in my inbox and have the email headers read as
normal. When I open an email, then exit back out to go back to the Inbox,
Window Eyes usually gets stuck reading the header for some message in the
middle of my screen. Arrowing up and down will simply repeat this same
random header. If I Alt-Tab to another program and return to Notes, the
problem goes away. This issue does not occur every time, but, so far,
it's the majority of the time I return to the inbox after reading a
message. Any ideas? Since I did not change any settings in Notes, I
can't think of what it would be and the set file info gave no ideas to me
either.
While I'm writing, and hopefully not to confuse the important question
above, I also would like to know whether you have the same experience I do
on one thing. I have noticed that when I arrow up to the top of an email
I"m writing to reread or edit it, the cursor focus jumps to the subject
line. This has been going on for several months and I think it occurred
after I was in the settings menus looking at options that claim to be
helpful to screen readers and the like. Problem is that I don't know
which setting I tweaked that started this issue. I've been using notes
for 7 years and did not recall this happening until I make some tweak. Any
ideas what I could have done or if this is normal?
