Hi, I have a friend that I have been helping with his computer who is using Window-Eyes 7.11 and Windows 7. He put a sound file I sent him in his downloads file in his documents, but wants to copy it to the root directory of his C drive. However, Windows won't let him I think he is loged in as administrator Can you give me step by step instructions how to fix this problem, so I can help him? I am not real familiar with Windows 7.
