This is normal behavior because the mobile phone browser would be able
to interpret this file successfully. It's similar if you were to visit
wap.google.com. My suggestion is lite.facebook.com

I think it's a facebook problem. I use Firefox and it happened to me,
today. Then, late this afternoon, it went away and things returned to
normal. Facebook does wierd things, now and then. Like stating "error"
when hitdting a link to somebody's page. It's sporadic and sometimes
weeks
go by with no problem.
