When I call up my contacts in Outlook 2007 it works almost in the same
fashion as it did in Outlook 2003.

When composing a message, I will press shift+tab until I get to the CC
button. Here I press the spacebar or enter key.

This calls up my contacts. I then press shift+tab until I get to the
radio button that has the two options, popular fields or by name. I
press the up arrow to get to the by name radio button. I then tab to the
list of entries.

Now that I am in the list, I can press the letters of the entries I want
to highlight. When I get there, I press alt+O to put that entry in the
To field, alt+C for the CC field, or alt+B for the BCC field.

When done, I press shift+tab until I get to the OK button. From here I
tab through the fields of the message and enter a subject and body of
the message when I get to those areas.

Subject: we 7.11 crashing in outlook 07

At home I use VISTA and work use XP pro, both with 7.11.

I have had a consistent problem with both Operating systems when using
contacts in 07 and I am wondering if others are experiencing this.

I keep my contacts in list format, and use the query function to search
for a particular person I am looking for. I use the mouse keys to find
the right person once the list comes up and click on the name. it opens
the person's information. When I go to tab down to the phone numbers,
outlook crashes almost every time. This occurs on both my home and work
machines, so I don't think it is an OS issue but has something to do
with WE and Outlook. Are other folks experiencing this issue? It
happens so frequently, that I got a message from outlook tell me I crash
frequently and asking to do a diagnostic which I did and didn't change
the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
