Hi,

I am quite sure that Webvisum only sends the image...
And if not, who cares, you even could send a empty form if you do not want 
to send any information you have to enter into the form.
Just send the image and after that enter your data into the form, this way 
nobody gets any data you enter.

The screen is captured and sent to Salona. Who knows what is captured
and sent to Webvisum.
