You don't manually turn browse mode off before entering a form. You hit
enter on the form, that turns browse mode off and you then enter the data
into the form, pressing the tab key tomove from field to field. You can
then either tab to the submit button, or hit enter on a from field which
usually defaults to the same thing as finding the submit button and entering
on that.
As far as combo boxes, again, first hit enter on it to turn browse mode off,
then hold the alt key down, and press the down arrow. That will drop down
the combo box and you can then use regular up and down arrows to navigate
it. Then tab to the next element or hit enter to submit the choice in the
combo box, depending on if there are additional editing elements in the
form.

I am using the wineyes 7.2 beta and I am curious. when I turn off browse
mode to type in a form, then hit enter to execute the form, it doesn't
automatically turn browse mode back on. how can this be done? also, when
browse mode is off and I am in a combo box when I up or down arrow, it does
not read. How can I change this? I do maximize the page and I am using IE8
