Hi Everyone,
Thanks to some really helpful tips I managed to make my punctuation preferences
global. I'm having another odd behavior now though, and again it's probably
because I didn't understand something correctly. I activate the wineyes.000 set
file (I associated it with the desktop so I can keep modding the default) and I
go into the verbosity menu. I turn off shortcut announcement and click ok, then
save the wineyes.000 set file. The change seems to have taken effect globally
since all my sets are set to global voice and verbosity. However, as soon as I
unload and reload W E, it's as if I didn't make the verbosity changes. In fact,
when I reload the wineyes.000 file and go into verbosity, the options are back
to their defaults. I do make sure to save the set file when I make a verbosity
change, and wineyes.000 is set to global voice and verbosity. Is this a bug
with a new beta or is there something else I'm doing wrong? I've looked in the
text dump of wineyes.000 but I don't see verbosity settings there (I was
planning to apply it across set files with Text to Set as before) but I'm
assuming that since it's global, which is how I'd like it to be so I don't have
to keep converting it to text and recompiling all the sets, W E is saving the
verbosity settings somewhere else. Thanks for your continued assistance.
