Shannon, Without looking at the document, there is no way to know what, if anything, might work. First, be sure that the data is not being stored as a table. if not, try setting the reading order to "Infer Reading Order from Document" in the reading options dialog of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can get there with CONTROL-K and in other ways as well. This option is generally slower but sometimes it will result in data such as that you are encountering to be displayed as a table. Then you can turn on table mode and move around the table with the INSERT key and the arrow keys like you can with web tables. However, it is possible that this will not work as it depends upon the document. The mouse keys won't read text in PDF files because the text is only available through browse mode. However, you might be able to save the file as text and open it with NotePad and use the mouse keys. Unfortunately, formatting might be lost to the degree that columns are no longer aligned.
