Beware memory leaks with the SAPI plugin that's used in the
preconfigured Miranda. It's ok, but I experienced a lot of crashes until
I disabled the SAPI support. Also, if going this route, be sure to
upgrade to the latest stable Miranda build, which at the time of this
writing is 0.8.19.

Synths to tell you who's online, and also it'll read incoming messages
automatically with the SAPI5 synth as well. Like I said, no scripts
are needed, so all you have to do is activate it and enjoy!
