Dear List: First, it took ten tries of hitting my desktop shortcut to get into Yahoo because nine times it was Bing that came up. I noticed just now that when my computer wanted to do an update to Java, it asked if I wanted to include the Bing toolbar. I unchecked it and continued the install. So, it seems that different applications are including the Bing search engine. Of course, this has not changed my present situation since it took ten tries to get into Yahoo to send this email.
