It sounds like you're hearing events from your computer setting itself up. This "weird blurb" may actually flash very quickly across the screen. There's a really easy way to avoid hearing any of this stuff. Hi, To add to my other message about the Keyboard United States English, that Window-Eyes is speaking, had a sighted friend check the screen, as the computer was booting up, and there was nothing like that on the screen.
