HI Ted,

I frequently experience this situation. I don't know what causes it. My
solution is to press Alt-tab. This returns the focus to the Save As dialog
and I can finish the saving process.

Subject: When Trying To Save Download, Focus Jumps Back To The Internet

Dear list:
I am using Firefox on a Windows 2000 machine. When downloading from the
internet, in this case, a newer version of open book version 8, it has the
Save File option. After hitting enter, for a couple seconds, it shows the
area to enter the file name, type of file and so forth. But, before I can
get to the Look In box, it says "downloading page." It will then stay that
way, or go back to the page where I got the download from. The shift-alt-M
with the suspend all had no effect. Has anyone else experienced this or
knows what is causing this to happen? Could it be a Firefox setting?
Thanks for any ideas. Regards: Ted Larson
