These are cursor delay which only impacts non-Win32 controls and controls with cursors such as edit boxes and rich edits and trigger delay which only impacts speak windows. They are about 20 MS per number.

Under the General menu in WE ControlPanel, you have the two settings for Cursor and Pointer delay. When trying to adjust them, you are told the value can be between 1 and 99. Wonder what these values actually refers to. Is it milliseconds? One of the major reasons for my wondering, is that on my two rather new PCs, which are running at pretty good speed, the delays doesn't seem to have too much impact on the behavior of WE. A pity, since there is a couple of software here, that I would have loved to have a bit of a delay. Is it so, that back in time - when WE was young and computers slow - the delay values 1 to 99 was pretty good range; yet with modernday PCs, running at high speed, maybe the maximum delay value should have been increased? Would it be possible for GW to have made ipossible to define a maximum delay value for the Cursor and Pointer movement of 999 instead? Specially so, now that they are closing in on releasing a new version.
