Hi, I hae had the best luck with these two scenerios. The first: o shutdown WE o Have a sighted co-worker wait for the prompt to press ok then share o let the help-desk finish and logoff o then turn on window-eyes The second is: o wait for the prompt to hit ok then go sshare with WE runing. o After help desk is done, you go into task manager and kill the remote session. Eather seems to work ok for me. I am running WE 7.1.2 and XP service pack 3. Warm Regards.. Joe Lanier

With my current HP laptop and my previous laptop (a Dell Latitude), my computer does a full restart whenever the HelpDesk tries to use Remote Assistant to get into my PC. They seem really surprised at this. Any chance it's something with a WE interface? I'm running WE 7.11 on a Windows XP machine.
