I went to renew my Bookshare subscription this evening. And, I
didn't have any trouble using WE until I got to the page to
confirm the details of my subscription renewal, meaning name and
address and credit card info and the like. I could read the
names of the fields, such as amount and credit card number, but I
couldn't read any of the information that was actually put in
those fields, such as the fifty dollar renewal fee or the last
four digits of my credit card number, or even my address.
Turning browse mode off didn't help, and I couldn't seem to bring
up the option to maximize the window for some reason, although I
guess its possible I didn't try hard enough with the maximizing
part. I could, though, find the purchase button. However, of
course wanting to review the info before submitting, I unloaded
WE and started System Access, and then I could fully read all the
information that was filled in to be submitted.
