Munawar,
Yes; set the punctuation level to "dictionary only." Window-Eyes will
then speak only the symbols you've defined in the active character
dictionary. See section 16 of the WE manual for specifics on how to do this.
Best regards,
Steve

Hi,
I am wondering if there is a way to turn off certain punctuation but
leave the rest on that falls into that category. For instance, if I
turn on misc punctuation, W E reads everything--including single quote
marks. I'd like to specify it to read everything but turn off single
quotes ('). Is there a way to do this? If not, can this be
implemented? Thanks much!
