Did you try unloading the Window-eyes Update script? Try unloading WEUpdate and see if this makes any difference. Jeff Weiss

This happened to me again today requiring two restarts after two hard shut downs. I am running Window-eyes 7.2 beta 1, Eloquence and Windows 7 Home Premium. My laptop has not demonstrated this odd behavior and has two fewer scripts installed. The loaded scripts script is installed on the laptop. As suggested by GW Micro I reported the no update available for message to whomever the author is and received no response. I even tried disabling that script and heard that message. Thank you.
