I also see this problem! But I just close the actual conversation window and
reopen it, so the content gets cleared. Then it works again!!!
So it does not seem to get the data from the history, but somewhere else, that
is cleaned up when closing the conversation . . . ?!

Thanks for the report. I have seen this as well from time to time, and I am
still investigating the problem. The script talks directly to the message
history control, so for some reason WE isn't getting updated information. Since
you are also seeing this, I will give this top priority for the next release.
