Hmmm, perhaps I should add that checking to the INI clean up logic I have. I

You accidentally set Winamp to always be on top. Focus Winamp and press
Control-A to restore it to normal.

windows. The only place I've seen this happen more often than others is
within Outlook 2K7 messege bodys.
Very, very annoying!
