It's a very good point!

Even my wife, who is fully sighted, often has trouble making out the
letters, so she gets the answers wrong a fair per centage of the time.  And
I, when there is audio, which isn't all that often, find some of it to be
unintelligible.

I was reading through the information for making accessible web pages for
developers yesterday. Though there are many good tips there, I think that
one was missing. It should be pointed out to web site developers that they
need to find an alternative for using capshas. (Sorry about the spelling of
