I believe Jamal's Focus Window script does this. If not, I'm certain a
solution to do exactly what you want is already up there.

Not by default but a script could be created to do it.

Subject: Quickly jump to an app
Hi all,
Does Window Eyes have a keystroke or is there a script to bring up a
list of
open apps on the taskbar?
I.E. Without having to alt tab through the taskbar. This was one
thing I
found handy with JFW as I typically have between 15 and 20 Windows
opened at
any1 time. I could hit insert F10 which would bring up a window list
that I
could navigate using first letter navigation, and hit return to
immediately
bring that window to focus.
Cheers,
Barry.
