Here you go, below is a link, if you sift through the forum, they tell you
to copy the wmp.dll plug-in file from the version 12 installation into the
Firefox installation 

 

Not the prettiest solution, but hey it is a solution. Mozilla or Microsoft
should get abettor solution out.

Hi,

When using the plug-in assistant on the home page of my isp. It says I need
Windows Media Player, although I already have it installed.

Is there a Firefox plug-in for Windows Media Player 12?

Using Windows 7 pro with all updates.
