Hi. Chris, thank you for your very thorough e-mail regarding word 2007. I
am going to hang onto it as long as possible. Hang in there, Mike, things
will work out for you in the long run. Nothing new is necessarily easy to
learn or to get used to such as the ribbon in word 2007.

I must admit that I use my desktop computer with Outlook 2007 more than my
laptop. Therefore, I noticed a drastic reduction in e-mail traffic,
assuming there was a lull in traffic in anticipation of the upcoming release
of Window-eyes 7.2. Boy, was I wrong! In an attempt to send a message to
GW Micro tech support, I encountered an error. Rather than trying to find
the repair option in Outlook 2007, I uninstalled Microsoft Office 2007 and
reinstalled it. All is well again.

Hey, Mike, I understand your frustration since word 2007 is a major
departure from word 2003. In other words, I am one of the folks who wants
Window-eyes 7.2, word 2007 is horrible, yada, yada, yada! It seems like
some of us are too easily frustrated by certain things. Hang in there,
Mike!

I'll admit that I do not use word to its full potential. I just don't need
to. I'll also admit that I am frustrated that we're still in a beta cycle
with Window-eyes 7.2. I check the upgrade page, the direct link to the beta
page, exit and restart Window-eyes hoping that the WE Update script is going
to inform me of a new update. All is for not. Frustrating? You bet. But
I'm trying to hang in there. If I'm being a pest then break out the Raid,
smile. There, I'm through letting off steam

Mike M. . .
