actually you can. this device is a sapi 5 synthesizer. so you can set
the sound output in the
speech control panel to use your usb headphones and you will be good to go.
if you need help finding the speech control panel let me know which
version of windows is being used and I will be able to direct you to it.

thanks, i found out the sound card settings only show when i use the
decaccess32 for window eyes. its not there when useing sapi voices.
