Hi Amy, Which version of Internet Explorer are you using? I've never used Facebook with Window-Eyes 5.5. I'm not sure how it works with Facebook.
You can use the headings hot key to navigate the page. Here's how to post your status: 1. Use the find command, Control+shift+F, to find the phrase, "What's on your mind." 2. Hit the enter key to turn browse mode off. You will then be in the edit box. 3. Type in your status. 4. Tab to the "share" button. 5. Press enter. 6. If pressing enter doesn't work, route the mouse pointer to the button, numpad 0-+ and then do a left mouse click. 7. If the page doesn't re-load, turn browse mode on manually. 8. Your status should be on the new page. To post a comment on someone else's status: 1. Go to the comment box where you want to write. If necessary, use the find command to find the phrase, "write a comment." 2. Press enter to turn off browse mode. 3. Type your comment. 4. Tab to the comment button. If this doesn't work, follow the steps above for routing the mouse pointer to the button. If you do a left mouse click and the page doesn't reload, turn browse mode back on manually. Hope this helps.
