Hi. I had a bit of difficulty installing Window-eyes 7.2 on my Dell
XPSM-1530 running Windows 7 Home Premium, Internet Explorer 8, all Windows
updates are current.

During the installation the Window-eyes 7.2 setup dialog did not read
automatically, nor did the setup dialog read automatically in the
Window-eyes beta 1. I had to use control-shift-w to read the dialogs and
alt-tabbe between Windows to make certain I had focus.

The laptop did not boot up properly after I pressed enter to restart the
computer. I did a hard shut down and restart. Window-eyes 7.2 came up
talking, finalized and loaded. I then updated and installed the set files I
needed.

I am sending this message from Microsoft Outlook 2007 on my Dell XPS-410
desktop running Window-eyes 7.11. I am a bit hesitant to install 7.2 over
7.11 as I encountered problems after uninstalling Window-eyes when in beta
and trying to reinstall everything.

I'll try to wait for my CD. Great job, GW Micro!

I am so glad that two list members were able to send in their machines to
resolve issues. I thought I was going to have to send in my desktop to
resolve some earlier issues during the 7.11 cycle. A reformat resolved the
issues, however.
