Window-Eyes 7.2 is Now Available! I appear to be getting the same problem. When I attempted to download and install the file I first got the message that I didn't appear to have an sma despite the fact that the upgrade was "supposed" to be a free upgrade. I wasn't able to download the complete upgrade file.
