Subject: Re: Window Eyes Update Problem
I too would be interested in this answer. I also have an LTO copy with
the beta installed under the LTO license. I was about to try to
upgrade, but when I used the window-eyes upgrade option it said my
information is not yet registered and I had to submit it for it to be
properly put in or something. I'm sure that shouldn't be a problem,
but reading that upgrades don't currently work for LTO coppies
concerns me. Will it work before the beta expires?

Hi I have now tried installing Window Eyes 7.2 twice and I am still
having problems. The first time I thought that my trouble was because I
forgot to uninstall the beta. After doing the upgrade Window Eyes said
that it was a demo copy and would shut down in 5 minutes. I am running
a lease to own copy of Window Eyes. After uninstalling and running my
original install disc which is for Window Eyes 6.1 and then doing the
subsequence upgrades to get it up to 7.11 and then trying to upgrade to
7.2 I get a message telling me that lease to own version updates are
currently unavailable. Any ideas as to how to fix this so that I can
get the upgrade?
