Hi, is this a free upgrade on to what we have, or a new version for
which we pay. i ask, because although i go to right place to download
the file, am told not to refresh the page because it might take
several minutes, and offered a default ok button, whether i press on
this default button or do not, i don't get the file. what if anything
am i doing wrong. brian.
