I do do that and it still gives me five minutes. every time my computer
starts up from a shutdown or restart I only get five minutes. I have talked
to Aaron and he says this should not happen any more but only time will
tell.

you have to turn the computer off before you will get another 30 minutes.
if you only unload w e and reload it then 5 minutes is all you will get.

Hi I am going to report again the problem I had about my Window-eyes demo
only running 5 minutes. I wanted to get a new license but I could not due
to window-eyes only running 5 minutes instead of 30 like it says it
should. Now I had somebody help me to fill the online form since GW-Micro
is close but the person did it wrong and now I am stuck using jaws. I
don't think it is something to do with my computer because jaws runs its
full demo mode unlike window-eyes. So hopefully somebody looks into this
cause I can't even avoid not using the demo sometimes. thanks
