Hi. Video support is required for Window-Eyes to run on your machine. It is installed when you install Window-Eyes, so yes, you get it when you install 7.2. However, if you get the CD, there is a video support file on it. It can be used for a mobile installation of Window-Eyes. This is covered in detail in the Window-Eyes manual and knowledge base articles at gwmicro.com. With a mobile installation, one only need install the video support on the computer they are using. Some situations may not lend themselves to a hard installation such as a public library. You may have received an E-mail giving you a link to download the file if you choose, thus, you don't have to purchase a CD.
