On the subject of upgrading, I upgraded to 7.2 on my desktop computer, but
how do I do it on my Netbook? When it brings up the upgrade information
page, on GW's web site, it says that my serial number appears to not be
valid. Just want to make sure I'm doing this the right way.

Hello, I am having some real trouble with upgrading my lease to own copy
of Window Eyes. I have tried to install it several times and I keep
getting the same result. Every time after doing the upgrade my copy of
Window Eyes reverts back to a demonstration copy of WE. This is driving
me crazy because until I get this fixed I cannot use my computer
effectively because almost every time I hit a key I hear the message that
I am currently running Windows Eyes in demo mode and that in less than 5
minutes it will shut down completely. Is there any way to fix this?
