Hi all. This is Sandra Fouts again. Well, I got it. I don't know what
really fixed my problem, but here's what I did. I decided torun Norton and
everything was fine, then I did a disk clean up, and a disk defrag. then I
restarted my computer. I typed in GW Micro's website myself, went in
upgrades, and typed in my seriel number. Then I had no problem with
downloading and running and installing Window-eyes 7.2. So, finally got
it!!

Hi all. this is Sandra Fouts, at home. I have tried to download 7.2 4
times now. Each time it says some like, the file you are trying to run
cannot be unpacked. The executable file has been corrupted. Then it says
something about get another copy. Any thought on this. To me, it sounds
like 7.2 has been corrupted, not the files on my computer. Thanks for
any help.

Hi all,
I have been trying since 3:30 AM and still get this error.
ERROR: Upgrade files must be accessed from the Window-Eyes Upgrade page.
Window-Eyes Upgrades
I deleted my cache and tem files and still have this problem. I
have tried from the main window eyes site as well as tried to access the
upgrade from the help menu in Wineyes.
