Hi: I'm not part of the GW staff but the program you are talking about I believe is Deep Freeze and I would suggest to have the network admin exclude Window-Eyes folders from Deep Freeze. Probably someone from GW could comment on any other files conserning Window-Eyes. You can download the latest wevidio support from gwmicro.com and I don't have the exact link.

At my college like I had stated before, they have switch from using JAWS to using Window-Eyes. Now the problem we are having is running Window-eyes as mobile because all of the computers have this program called freeze which you might already know what it is but if you don't it deletes everything that is downloaded after a restart. Now we can't go around the whole school installing the video support because that would be time consuming and does not seem logical. Now is there a way that we can go around this freeze program? Also could you tell me what files I need to copy from the CD to be able to install the video support from a flash drive instead of the CD itself? Thank you.
