Here is a link where people can download T Man's talking Miranda all ready to work with Window-Eyes, this means that the voice on it will not interfere with some of the tasks that you might be doing with Window-eyes.
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6682301/T%20Man%27s%20Talking%20Miranda.zip You will need an unzipping program and when you finish downloading it from the above link unzip it to your desktop. then you are going to need to go into that folder that is on your desktop that should be called T Man's Talking Miranda and find the file T Man's talking Miranda. It would be recommended to put a short cut of this file on the desktop and assign a hot key like ALT plus control Plus M. when you first open the program it is going to ask you if you wana run it, in this window tab around until you hear something like do you want this to ask you every time this program is opened and it should have a box you can check to not ask you every time. check this box and then that window asking you to run it won't show up. Once you have opened it it will appear on your sis tray and you can press your application key to find show hid and click on this to show a window call TTM.
