The program is Mas 500 which is a business program for running a
business.

I tried the alternative menu script and it just says no alternative menu
available.

If I use the focus window detective on it I get it's some sort of a tree
view. Any other suggestions?

If you could provide us with the name of the program and where to
acquire it we can look into it. Also, have you tried using the
alternative menu script to see if that is able to access the menu.
Hope that helps.

Subject: Pull down menu not reading

New to window eyes and I have a program where the pull down menus aren't
reading correctly. It will read the first selection in the menu and the
first selection in the sub menus and will read the main menu when I left
arrow back to it but won't read the rest of the menu. It works ok with
two other screen readers. What can I do to get this to read correctly?

Thanks,

Jerry
