I just tried this and it's doing the same thing here. I never noticed
because I use the Alt-A shortcut to go directly in to the favorites list. So
there's an easy solution for this one.

Subject: IE Question
Hello List, I am having a problem when IE opens on my homepage I hit the ALT
key to bring down the file menu and then hit A to open my favorites list.
When I do the same thing again to open another favorite website My ALT key
doesn't no longer say file menu it says context menu. I have never had this
happen before. Even though it says context menu the normal file menu items
are there. Any answers would be appreciated Thanks.. I am running IE 8.
