Listers,
I guess this is all too common a tale, but here goes. I just bought
an external HP cd/dvd writer, which came complete with a copy of Nero
8. Now, I don't know how complete this version of the program
actually is, because it boasts of many programs with essentials by
each of their names, such as "Start Smart Essentials," "Home
Essentials," etc. Anyway, I haven't been all that impressed with any
of these programs as being particularly speech, or WE friendly,
unlike my old version of Nero 6, and unless anybody can give me some
positive feedback as to how they managed to make this apparent OEM
package work better with WE out of the box, I think I'm just gonna
have to consider uninstalling this version, and returning to 6.
Anyway, before I do something that drastic, I sure hope someone can
give me some tips as to what I can do to make it easier to interact
with this program.
I really don't expect there to be any problems with downgrading to V6
since this is an external USB drive. Could I be wrong?
Any help with these issues would be very much appreciated,
