Otis, I believe that someone already answered that, however what I'd
like to point out are 2 things.

1. We have a mailing list called gw-booksense which is specifically
designed for BookSense questions. This list is also appropriate, but you
might find the gw-booksense list loaded with only BookSense users and
questions may get answered faster.

2. We have several KB articles at www.gwmicro.com/kb under the BookSense
category and some of these may help you. The ones in particular I can
think of at the moment are KB1101, KB1102, and KB1103.
