Our official response has been, and continues to be (for now) this: if you desperately need this service, call our order department and discuss it with them. It is a possibility if the situation calls for it. There is no across the board solution right now as we treat each case uniquely.
If you want to know why there's no across the board solution right now, read and re-read, and re-read again Marvin's last message. He hit several nails on the head.
